We are a construction firm that specializes in Commercial Projects as well as Custom-Built Residencial Projects. Air Tech has completed numerous successful projects in the residential and commercial roofing space with many of the current prevalent roofing systems currently in use and on the market.
Our Roofing Division self performs low slope and steep slope new installations, We also perform complete replacements as well as retro-fit applications, offering a variety of roof systems to accommodate building use, specific site circumstances, and budgets. Air Tech Solutions specializes in PVC, TPO, EPDM, Asphaltic Modified Systems, IRMA, Coatings, Slate, Metal, and Shingle Roof Systems.
Air Tech Solutions Construction clientele has grown to include custom commercial, industrial, state, Local and Federal Government along with our current private sector contracts. Air Tech Solutions is a General Contractor providing services to both the residential and commercial construction environments, with self-performance capabilities in Masonry, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, roofing, and window replacement. We also work closely with a full complement of professional subcontractors providing additional support to provide complete construction services across all divisions of the CSI specification breakdowns.
Air Tech Solutions is headquartered at 3619 Richmond Highway Suite 133 Stafford, Virginia. We also have satellite offices in Richmond and Beltsville, MD. Our competent staff includes professional estimators, project managers, superintendents, and construction managers. Air Tech has experience on projects of a variety of sizes.
We have strong relationships with a very competent subcontractor community which allows to support all scopes of work and services.
Air Tech currently has a bonding capacity of $7,000,000 per project and $15,000,000 total aggregate company wide.
